Dues are based on total number
of employees (full- & part-time) at the principal location, divisions,
branches, subsidiaries or separate corporations that the Member may operate
under the same ownership and management in the Territory of Guam and/or the
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Multi-company
organizations may include all component operations as a single membership or,
at their option, establish separate listings for voting, billing, services and
publications.
