of support and advice for employers. We are a private, non-profitcorporation.
Our Board of Directors is made up
of business leaders in Guam and the NMI Commonwealth

We work with local industry groups to support "business-friendly" candidates for
public office and encourage enactment of laws that
foster economic development, business growth and job
creation;

We
keep our members informed of the latest trends and developments
in employment regulation and union-management
relations;
-- We are not an "personnel managers association" -- we helped to
establish and energetically support area chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management
to advance and professionalize the HR function and enhance HR's status within our Member
companies
-- We have taught more than 7,000 supervisors and managers how to
protect employees from predatory unions and
protect employers from unnecessary government
intrusion on management rights;
-- We teach managers and supervisors how to make unions unnecessary and how to lawfully keep
their employees "union-free";
-- We deliver practical, lawful, “right-now”
assistance and advice to our Member companies with unlimited,
24-7 support by phone, e-mail
